Q:

What is included with a custom kit?

A:

MECHANIZED BRICK custom kits include everything needed to build the model, using all new genuine LEGO® parts & minifigures, decals [depending on model], and printed 3D rendered step by step building instructions. In addition, kit orders come packaged in a sealed box with the MECHANIZED BRICK logo.

Q:

Are glue, paint, or special tools needed to assemble the kits?

A:

No glue, paint or modifications are made to the stock LEGO brand parts with the exception of LEGO tubing which is sometimes pre-cut to length and/or bent to shape when needed. For kits that include decals, scissors and/or an exacto knife may be needed.

Q:

What scale are the models?

A:

The models are approximately 1:35 scale, while still allowing minifigures to completely fit inside enclosed turrets and vehicles. This is also known as building to minifig scale.

What color are the models?

A:

Current models are built using LEGO Medium Stone (Light Bluish Grey) and Dark Stone (Dark Bluish Grey) pieces.

    Credit card, debit card and e-check payments can be made using the Paypal payment service. Only payments that are marked eligible for Paypal's Payment Protection Policy will be accepted. Orders will be sent to the confirmed by Paypal shipping address.
  • Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check
    Available from your local post office, bank, and major convenience and grocery stores.

    Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer using either Western Union or MoneyGram payment services online in select countries or in person at a Western Union or MoneyGram agent location worldwide.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Our shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service.

How are orders shipped?

A:

Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking to most destinations worldwide. (Express Mail, overnight delivery in the U.S. is available upon request).

How are shipping costs calculated?

A:

Shipping costs are based on weight, destination, and retail rates provided by the USPS.
International customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes as determined by your country and are not included in the shipping cost.

How do you handle out of stock or backordered items?

A:

For out of stock or backordered items, payment will not be requested until the item(s) are ready for delivery.

What is your return policy?

A:

Buyers are required to contact us to return an item within 2 weeks of purchase date.

Items that have been opened cannot be returned.

Unopened items must be returned in their original sealed packaging and arrive in the same condition as originally shipped.

Buyer pays postage for all returns. Items should be sent using a trackable insured shipping method. The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to the items during return shipping.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for returned items.
